REFUNDS & RETURNS
When you make a purchase from Uniqueshop.ie you have a cooling off period of 14 days, starting from the day you receive your purchase. You can return item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If you cancel your order because you change your mind about the purchase you will be expected to pay for the cost of returning the goods or you can also return products in person to our shop along with the order confirmation email and dispatch invoice. In this case we only refund cost of item (no shipping cost).
Please note items must be returned within this time-frame (14 days) and be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges (exchanges are available in store only).

If what you bought is damaged or faulty you should complain to us in writing immediately, by email or letter, and ask for a refund or replacement.
For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept the exchange of earrings once the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
